Annotation
Using the methods of classical theory, we examine the motion and radiation of a charge in the field of a circularly polarized amplitude-modulated plane wave. The angular distribution of intensity for radiation by particles is studied both for the case of a harmonically modulated incident wave, and for arbitrary amplitude modulation with polarization effects taken into account. We obtain the total intensity of radiation for the scattering of an amplitude-modulated wave by a charge.
