The dislocation structure which occurs when ultrasound acts in crystals of KCl was investigated by the composite piezoelectric oscillator method at frequencies of 40-200 kHz with a relative deformation amplitude of ~$10^{-4}$. A difference was found in the development of the plastic deformation process over the frequency range investigated. An increase in the dynamic yield point was observed as the frequency was increased.
