Annotation

The temperature relaxation of stimulated local cathode luminescence in GaN:Zn is investigated. Two rates of relaxation are observed. The two relaxation times and the corresponding activation energies are found. The storage time of the activated state in the temperature range 0-l00°C is estimated.
