Annotation
The method of Rayleigh scattering of M$\stackrel{..}{o}$ssbauer radiation of $^{57}Co$ is used to measure the elastic-scattering intensity in the (300) and (003) reflections for Те in the temperature range 130-140 K. We determine the root-mean-square displacements of atoms along the [100] and [001] axes.
