Annotation
Data on the mean parameters and the number of local magnetic structures (LMS) at the Sun, such as active regions, ephemeral regions, magnetic points, and magnetic elements, do not contradict the concept that the whole set of LMS is described, in a rough approximation, by a single power-law spectrum.
