Annotation
The reaction of ocean surface to а tropical cyclone (ТC) is discussed in terms of the "shallow water" model. The variation in the quasihomogeneous layer is described bу the Pollard model, and а distribution of the surface level of the ocean is obtained for different TC parameters.
