Annotation
The paper considers the possibility of applying the generalized Pauli-Willars regularization, with an additional condition imposed on the logarithms of auxiliary masses, to eliminate the ultraviolet divergence of correlation functions in the case of stochastic quantization of a scalar field. The equivalence of probability distributions in the regularized stochastic theory and in the Euclidean quantum field theory is established.
