The results of experimental measurements of turbulence spectra are discussed. Some deviations from the $k^{-5/3}$ law are observed. A hypothesis of the effect of convective motion on the structure of the turbulent pulsation spectrum is suggested. It is shown that the presence of an additional energy source due to the convective processes results in the transition from the $k^{-5/3}$ law to the $k^{-2}$ law.
