Annotation

A model of autoelectronic emission for self-consistent nonlinear problems of heavy-current microwave electronics is discussed. On the basis of modeling of a complete nonstationary system of Maxwell-Vlasov equations it is shown that the injection current has a clearly pronounced pulsed character.
