Annotation
The question of the physical roots of the Blackett relation, i.e., of the assertion that the ratios of magnetic moments and angular momenta of all celestial bodics are approximately the same, has been discussed. Estimates related to the part of magnetic moments caused bу the baroelectric effect have been obtained.
