Annotation

A method for describing cross sections of photo-neutron reactions on nuclei with mass numbers A > 80 has been developed. This method can be employed for solving problems of radioactive isotopes transmutation, as well as for numerous applied and fundamental studies, where the description of photoneutron cross sections is needed and no experimental data are available.
