Topological self-action in the space $M_2\times V_2$

The effect of topological self-action experienced by a stationary distribution of currents and charges on the space $M_2\times V_2$ ($М_2$ is the two-dimensional Minkowski space and $V_2$ is a two-dimensional Riemann surface) is examined. The case of a locally plane multiconic space is considered.
