The probability of associative production of Higgs and Z-bosons by a charged lepton in the field of a plane electromagnetic wave of arbitrary intensity has been computed. It has been shown that in a particular case of a head-on collision of an electron with a low intensity wave when one photon is absorbed, the cross section of the process under investigation in the superhigh energy range increases according to a logarithmic law up to a value which is substantially greater than the cross section of the process $e^++e^-\to Z+H$ that takes place under similar conditions.
