Annotation
Hydrogen-induced changes in the structure of thin palladium films deposited under Penning discharge conditions were studied. The dependence of integrated intensity and integrated width of X-ray reflections on the storage time was nonmonotone at the initial stage of degassing. It was revealed that degassing of the structure with a larger number of defects occurred at a lower rate.
