Annotation

Algorithms for calculating the complex coefficients of reflection and finding the field structure in an inhomogeneous medium with a high-altitude effectivefrequency profile of electron collisions are proposed. The employed sweep method makes it possible to consider the cases of both partial and almost complete reflection of waves from the layer and to find the frequency dependence of the coefficient of reflection.
