A smooth transition from one dielectric response mechanism to another caused by frequency and temperature variations and the fulfillment of the universal fractal-power law for the $\lg\epsilon'(\lg\omega)$ and $\lg\epsilon''(\lg\omega)$ dependences have been demonstrated by the example of low-frequency dielectric dispersion of triglycineselenate single crystals near the Curie point.
