Annotation

The results of phenomenological partial-wave analysis of angular distributions for the process $\gamma\rho\rightarrow\eta\rho$ measured at the Tohoku University (Japan) and model-independent estimates of Breit-Wigner parameters of S$_{11}$(1535) and S$_{11}$(1650) nucleon resonances obtained based on these data are presented.
