The electron transport in indium nitride in a heating electric field has been calculated. The results obtained are in good agreement with the known experimental data. The Boltzmann transport equation in the isotropic spatially homogeneous case has been solved using a new numerical approach based on the approximation of the distribution function from the points of a relatively thin grid in momentum space and the iterative search for a stationary solution.
