The character of cooperative low-frequency oscillations in a model of a biopolymer

Annotation

The oscillations in a model of a biopolymer are calculated under various excitation conditions. Relatively slow cooperative motions, which can be used to simulate conformational transitions in a biological macromolecule from one stable state to another, are analyzed.
