Based on the study of dielectric dispersion for 2-nm-thick Langmuir films made of an poly(vinylidenefluoride-trifluoroethylene) P(VDF-TrFE) copolymer, we demonstrated the existence of two simultaneously developing relaxation processes. It was shown that Langmuir-Blodgett films are conducting.
