Variations of the lattice constant and the value of elastic strain in 50 μm foil of Pd-5.3 at %-In-0.5 at %-Ru alloy in the course of its prolonged relaxation under normal conditions after electrolytic hydrogenation were analyzed using the X-ray diffraction technique. Nonmonotonic variations of the concentration of indium atoms were revealed in the subsurface layer of the foil.
