To publish a manuscript, we must ensure that it has obtained all the necessary rights. In the majority of cases the standard Transfer of Copyright Agreement completed by the corresponding author is sufficient. However, in some cases the authors are required to provide additionally a cover letter and an expertise conclusion (both are arranged by the respective Science Office in your home organization you are working with).
The manuscript of your paper will not be processed and published until we receive a signed Copyright Transfer Agreement and additional papers, if required (see above).
