Изучено влияние адсорбции акцепторных и донорных молекул на вольт-амперные характеристики структур кремний — пористый кремний — металл. Показано, что изменение тока через структуру при адсорбционных воздействиях может достигать десятков и сотен процентов. Обнаружено, что знак адсорбционного эффекта определяется квазиобъемным молекулярным «легированием» пористого кремния в процессе адсорбции.

The nuclear spin echo method was used to measure the distribution of superfine fields on the $^{55}Mn$, $^{121}Sb$ и $^{123}Sb$ nuclei in the new semimetallic ferromagnets $NiMnSb_{1-x}Si_x$. It has becn demonstrated that the local magnetic moments are largely determined bу the local atomic cnvironment of the ion rather than bу the overall composition of the samplc and its average macroscopi1: characteristics.

About the possibility to observe induced superparamagnetism

The possibility for observation of superparamagnetism of ultrafine particles at temperatures Т above their Curie point Тc { "induced superparamagnetism") is discussed. The experimental conditions for observing this phenomenon have bееn analyzed within the framework of Langevin's model complemented with the molecular field theory. The assessments show that to observe "induced superparamagnetism" the easily attainable fields are required.

Дано обобщение теоретического анализа параметров двухчастичных резонансов, образующихся в конечном состоянии многочастичных реакций, на специальный случай, когда энергия резонанса близка к энергетическому порогу его распада. Показано, что вследствие влияния кулоновского поля сопутствующих продуктов наблюдаемая в реакции ширина резонанса может сужаться. Результаты теоретического анализа подтверждены сравнением с экспериментальными данными.

An experiment demonstrating the Zenon quantum effect has been explained in terms of the quantum model with memory. It has been shown that the reason for the effect is the interaction between а quantum atomic system and the classical fields rather than the measurement process proper. This interaction results in violating the coherence of wave function components corresponding to different energy levels in atoms.

It is shown that in the scalar-tensor theory of gravitation with specially selected constraint equation, the cosmological model makes it possible to describe the Нubblе law and to reconcile the observed delay parameter value q=5 with а $3\cdot 10^{-31} g/cm^3 substance density in the Universe.
