Annotation
A statistical theory is suggested for describing processes in relativistic plasma on the basis of the Klimontovich method. An equation of motion of the phase density of particles and oscillators of a field is obtained; averaging it one obtains a set of coupled equations for moments. Unlike previous work, the paper considers joint distribution functions for the field's particles and oscillators.
