Исследована модель динамики внутриклеточного накопления гематопорфирина (ГП) — фотосенсибилизатора, используемого в фотодинамической терапии рака. Предложен метод определения константы взаимодействия ГП с липидами с помощью анализа спектров флуоресценции ГП в суспензии липосом.
