A theoretical analysis of the transmission factor of X-ray waveguides as a function of the waveguide length, bend radius, distance between the walls, and the beam divergence has been carried out for the case of total external reflection. The feasibility of deflection of X-ray beams by angles of up to 10-12° with an efficiency of about 10% has been demonstrated.
