Annotation
A nonlinear mechanism of long gravity wave generation in the ocean during rapid oscillations of the ocean floor is investigated. The relationship has been revealed between the wave 81Dplitude and the amplitude, frequency, and duration of the ocean floor oscillations and the horizontal extension of the source.
