Annotation
A theory of induced radiation the foundations of which are laid in the work of I.M. Ternov is developed. An analytical solution to the problem about forced radiation of an ensemble of charged particles that interact with variable electromagnetic fields localized in a domain being a model of an open resonator has been obtained.
