Annotation
The skew derivative problem outside the cuts on a plane for the Helmholtz equation has been studied. The solutions to this equation satisfy the principle of maximum. The existence and uniqueness of the solution has been proved. An integral representation for the solution in the form of potentials, the density in which is determined from an unambiguously solvable system of integral equations, has been obtained.
