Annotation
Total probabllity of neutron, $\beta$-decay in external magnetic field with consideration for interaction of the particle magnetic moments with the field is obtained. The cases of weak and strong magnetic field are considered. In the case of а weak field, comparison with the results obtained earlier is carried out.
