Study of laser beam propagation in a rotating reference frame

Annotation

Curvature and torsion are calculated for a laser beam in a rotating reference frame. We show that for the problem of laser location of high-apogee artificial satellites one should take into account the difference between the corotating and coordinate distances between two given points of the beam.
