Аннотация
In this paper, a theorical study of effect of incidence angle on the electrical parameters of vertical parallel junction silicon solar cell illuminated by its rear side under frequency domain has been done. The continuity equation resolution leads to excess minority carriers density, determination with permits us to deduce photocurrent density, photovoltage derived series resistance, shunt resistances, power , the space charge region capacitance and finally conversion efficiency. The aim of this article is to show the how effects of both modulation frequency and illuminated incidence angle on these electrical parameters, power and space charge region capacitance.
