Annotation
The influence of heat treatment in a vacuum and in oxygen on the optical and electrical properties of amorphous crystalline films of Pb$_{0,8}$ Sn$_{0,2}$Te is investigated. The influence of oxide phases on crystallization and the variation in the stoichiometric composition of the films are found.
