Annotation
A modified scheme is described for a parametric phase quantizer with radio-pulse pumping, allowing near-limiting sensitivity and speed of action of the AC quantizer to be achieved. The scheme employs balancing of variable and constant potentials and Q-factor modulation of a loop, as well as pulse selection in the phase detector.
