Annotation

A technique of relative widths of decay is used to analyze experimental, partial photonucleonic cross sections for a $^{23}Na$ nucleus. The probability of a half-line mechanism for decay of dipole giant resonance cf this nucleus and individual photonucleonic channels is determined.
