Annotation
It is shown that the coronal source of hard X-ray radiation of a solar flare is produced in the collision of the plasma stream from a reconnecting current layer with a magnetic obstacle. The accumulation of reconnected magnetic flux behind the wave front explains the observed source motion velocity.
