Annotation
Physico-molecular foundations of a long-term memory of water are discussed. It is shown that the clathrate water model can be used to substantiate the method of recording information in the pure water bulk. The information storage time is first calculated to range from a few minutes to a year. Methods of recording information resulting in the water activation are considered. A brief analysis of a biological effect of activated water is performed.
